RESUME ASSISTANCE

The Career Department will aid the students in drafting a professional resume. The staff knows exactly what employers look for and advise accordingly. This can be the difference of getting a resume accepted, or dismissed. Students will stand out with an ideally drafted resume.

INTERVIEW COACHING

Our instructors know the industry, and what it takes to get hired at a lucrative job in the trade field. Coaching sessions will be available to prepare the student for difficult questions at an interview with straight-forward feedback.

JOB LEADS

Our Career Department is devoted to help find employment for graduating students. The close ties we have with companies looking to hire our graduates benefits both the employers and our graduates. The employers know they are getting a skilled worker that just graduated from our school. Our alumni know they are going into a lucrative and stable employment. It benefits both parties mutually.

West Florida Trade School does not guarantee employment to our graduates. It is the students’ duty to go to the interviews, submit resumes, and subsequently obtain employment. The School will assist you in your job search, and provide leads.
